The Project
Our client purchased this townhome to have a single level living environment, but the outdated bathroom was not accessible for wheelchair use. Through an extensive plumbing retrofit, including repairs to leaking pipes, we transformed the space into a functional, accessible bathroom with a roll in shower and a walk in hydrotherapy tub which they love.
The completed remodel passed the Occupational Therapist inspection and our client was able to return home from the hospital and enjoy their new space with confidence. We also retrofitted the existing kitchen cabinets with pull down shelves so no one was getting on a step ladder. They continue to enjoy the safety of their home and the comfort of being independent.
